Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate
Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an associate with at least two years of litigation experience to join its Insurance + Reinsurance Practice Group in its Miami, Florida office.
Robinson+Cole has one of the leading insurance practices in the United States, focusing primarily in insurance coverage litigation for property casualty and life, health, and disability insurers. The practice in the Miami office is heavily concentrated in the litigation of a broad range of property insurance disputes, including those arising out of Hurricane Irma, as well as some coverage disputes under commercial liability insurance policies. The position may also provide some support for the firm’s health insurance litigation practice.
We are looking for a candidate with superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience to join our team. Admission to the Florida bar is required. Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including drafting of briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances.

Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Attorney
Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an attorney with at least four years of experience focusing on the area of Data Privacy & Cybersecurity to join its Providence, RI; Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; New York, NY or Stamford, CT office. The ideal candidate will advise clients in all industries on a wide variety of data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including matters under federal and state data privacy and security laws and the General Data Protection Regulation. They will participate in HIPAA compliance activities, investigate and respond to data breaches, defend enforcement actions, will be actively involved in litigation management, and be an integral member of the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Team. In addition to Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, experience in Government Investigations, Compliance, Healthcare and/or Litigation is preferred. Candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Position may be situated in Providence, Boston, Hartford, New York or Stamford. Admission to the bar for the State where the Associate sits is required.
