Robinson+Cole lawyer Noel B. Vales was installed as President of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York (FALA New York) at the organization’s 6th Anniversary dinner at Aureole Restaurant in New York City on May 30, 2019. Mr. Vales was one of nine founding attorneys of FALA New York, which was established in 2013 through a shared interest in creating a formal professional affiliation group for Filipino Americans in the legal profession. Mr. Vales is a member of Robinson+Cole’s Real Estate + Development Group and serves on the firm’s Diversity + Inclusion Committee. He is also a regional governor for the National Filipino American Bar Association.
Robinson+Cole is pleased to announce the addition of Jamie L. Edmonson to the firm’s growing Bankruptcy + Reorganizations practice. She joins as partner in the Wilmington, Delaware office, from Venable LLP, where she was partner-in-charge of the office.
Edmonson joins R+C following a significant expansion of the firm’s bankruptcy practice in January when R+C welcomed five attorneys and opened new offices in Philadelphia and Wilmington. Natalie D. Ramsey, Mark A. Fink, and Davis Lee Wright, all of whom practice bankruptcy in Delaware, joined as partners, bringing their decades of experience in bankruptcy, corporate reorganization and litigation matters throughout the United States.
