Patricia Igoe is a member of the firm's Finance Group. Her practice includes a broad range of commercial lending, real estate, and business transactions. Ms. Igoe is particularly well known for her legal work in the precious metal, jewelry, and electronic industries, where she represents lenders and commercial users of precious metals in connection with the financing of precious metal consignments, precious metal refineries, and jewelry manufacturing.
Ms. Igoe's real estate practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, permitting, development, and leasing. She has been recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business since 2008 in the area of Corporate/Commercial: Banking & Finance and has been ranked for Commercial Finance Law in The Best Lawyers in America© since 2012.
Ms. Igoe served two terms on Lincoln School’s Board of Trustees. Always active as a community leader, Ms. Igoe served a nine year term on the Board of Directors of Tockwotton Home and previously chaired the Camp Hoffman Master Plan Task Force.
